The Performance
Assessment Resource Centre
The parc supports international efforts to improve performance
assessment in international development practice. In this way the
parc hopes to help develop the quality, effectiveness and sustainability
of poverty-focused interventions. The parc has been set up to support
the evaluation work of development partners in both the South and
the North. Intended beneficiaries include developing country governments,
agencies providing and receiving international aid, project managers
and consultants.
