Comments and Complaints

The UN Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) offers an opportunity to hear from public individuals and institutions about its loan and guarantee offerings. UNCDF welcomes positive or negative observations and concerns regarding the institution’s administration of its loans and guarantees.

In this regard, all users should address their comments and complaints via email to loans.guarantees@uncdf.org or via the form below. Please note that there is no prescribed format for submitting the information.

UNCDF will review all comments and complaints received and, where necessary, forward the information to the appropriate person within the organization for response or action.
