Jaturong (Golf) Padungsapya is a Risk Management Specialist in Bangkok. He brings over 13 years of experience at UNDP, where he specialized in portfolio and risk management. His work has been centered within the Vertical Fund (VF) Hub/BPPS, supporting the development and implementation of climate and environmental finance projects. In his most recent role as a Portfolio and Risk Management Analyst, he led efforts to strengthen risk-informed portfolio oversight. He provided technical and strategic guidance on risk management across all project cycles.
Jaturong joined the Corporate Risk Unit within the Operations and Oversight Division (OOD), where he will support risk monitoring, assessment, analysis, and preparation of risk response plans. He will also provide oversight and support for enhanced risk management, as well as advise on risk-informed programming and programme implementation.
He holds a Master of Arts in Comparative and International Development and Education from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, USA.
