This report was commissioned by the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) YouthStart Global programme and was drafted by Shalmalee Ghate and by David Kruijff. The field research was conducted with multiple tools and templates developed by Dalberg Development Advisors for UNCDF under the inception phase of YouthStart Global.
