IELD addresses the access to basic infrastructure and services that reduce women’s burden of unpaid care work through local public sector investments in infrastructure projects that are designed to meet women’s needs. It also encourages private sector to enable for partnerships, especially between the private financing institutions and the women entrepreneurs who face steep obstacles in accessing markets and adequate financial resources.
