This presentation by Women’s World Banking, Insights and Approaches to Digital Financial Services, was part of the April 25th I2F side event to the United Nation’s FfD Forum. It discusses two approaches to digital financial services that can build on each other. The first is a savings account tailored to rural women in Malawi. The second incorporated User Experience, or UX testing, to help shift customers in Nigeria from 100% agent dependence to partial self-sufficience by optimizing services they can perform themselves on their phones.
