Quentin is an Investment and Finance Officer. At UNCDF, he is involved in sourcing and structuring blended-finance investments in Western, Central and Northern Africa and in Latin America, with expertise on nature and climate, food systems, PPPs, transportation, energy, water, digital and relationships with capital investors.

Quentin has been working since 2008 at the frontier between public investments and private ventures. Prior to joining UNCDF, he was the Chief Operations Officer at tech startup Check it Out (France, Italy, Senegal) that he successfully exited. Prior to this, he had worked as Associate Investment Director for Meridiam infrastructure Fund in Paris, as an Associate for network industries, transport, energy at the French Ministry of Finance, and as an M&E specialist for the World Bank in Benin.

Quentin holds a Master's degree in Engineering from the Ecole des Ponts et Chaussées and Master's degree in Economics from the Paris School of Economics. He also graduated from the Oxford Executive Leadership Program and is a certified Agile SCRUM master.
