Adrienne Ndong is an Investment Specialist at UNCDF.
She began her career as a Senior technician at Industrial Alliance in Canada, where she worked on Annuities. In 2016, she returned to Senegal to join FONGIP (a sovereign guarantee fund established by the Senegalese government) as a Financial Analyst, facilitating guarantees for SMEs. In 2019, Adrienne joined Teranga Capital, an investment fund partnered with the I&P group, initially, as an Investment Officer, providing equity and quasi-equity to SMEs in Senegal and the Gambia. She later took the role of Seed Funding Manager, where she supported early-stage businesses and SMEs across Senegal, The Gambia and Mauritania, in diverse sectors such as Climate, Technology, Agribusiness, Education, etc.
Adrienne plays a key role in UNCDF in deploying capital, structuring blended finance solutions, and supporting investment advisory services across Least Developed Countries (LDCs) in Western and Central Africa.
A Senegalese national, she brings over 10 years of experience across the private financial sector. Adrienne graduated from Université Laval with a degree in Market Finance.
